บทคัดย่อโครงการ This study is a qualitative research aimed at examining the management of intangible cultural heritage associated with local food wisdom in Phumi Watershed Area, Songkhla Province. The objectives are as follows: 1) To conserve and promote the cultural wisdom of local food. 2) To enhance the economic value of local food through cultural tourism and marketing strategies. The key informants comprised 70 participants, including residents, farmers, restaurant operators, and government officials from Rattaphum and Khuan Niang districts in Songkhla Province. The snowball sampling technique was employed to analyze the current situation and propose sustainable guidelines for conserving and developing local food heritage. The findings revealed that the local food of Phumi Watershed Area holds significant cultural, economic, and social value. However, it requires further development and support. The proposed management strategies for this intangible cultural heritage include: Promoting knowledge transfer across generations. Establishing research networks and fostering collaboration among communities, government agencies, the private sector, and educational institutions. Enhancing cultural tourism initiatives. Diversifying local food products to align with market demands. The research emphasizes the critical roles of stakeholders in driving heritage management. Communities should take a central role in conservation and promotion, while the government should provide policy and budgetary support. The private sector is encouraged to collaborate on product development and marketing, and academic institutions should contribute research and innovation.
