บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาหาสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความไม่พึงพอใจทางด้านการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย โดยศึกษาใน 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านพฤติกรรมอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านสภาพห้องปฏิบัติการและโรงประลอง และด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน การดำเนินงานวิจัยเริ่มจาก การสร้างเครื่องมือในการวิจัยหรือแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา (Validity) ในแบบสอบถาม หลังจากนั้นทดลองนำแบบสอบถามไปใช้เพื่อตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น(Reliability) ของแบบสอบถามและทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย ต่อจากนั้นจึงนำแบบสอบถามนี้ไปใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาระดับชั้นปีที่ 2-4 จำนวน 50 คน คิดเป็น 40% ของนักศึกษาระดับชั้นปีที่ 2-4 ทั้งหมด พบว่า องค์ประกอบที่เป็นปัญหาและสร้างความไม่พึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านเนื้อหาด้านหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน ด้านห้องปฏิบัติการและโรงปฏิบัติงาน และด้านพฤติกรรมอาจารย์ผู้สอน ตามลำดับ
ABSTRACT
This research was designed to analyze the teaching systems that cause dissatisfaction among Industrial Engineering students Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. The study included five components: curriculum, course content, instructors behavior, laboratory and workshop, administrative or supporting issues. It was initiated by creating a questionnaire and testing its content validity and reliability. The questionnaire was then distributed to a total number of 125 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the Department of Industrial Engineering, or 40% of the total number of students in the three levels. The results showed that the laboratory and workshop, and administrative issues were the main causes of dissatisfaction. course content, curriculum, administrative or supporting, laboratory and workshop, instructors behavior respectively.
