| บทคัดย่อโครงการ | The Study of Graduate social science the desirable in Entrepreneur Case study: Entrepreneurs in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung and Surat Thani provinces, This study aims to Characteristic of graduates required to work in the establishments. that to use as approach development for social programs in the future for academic purpose. This Research have to collects data from entrepreneur of 800 samples By send questionnaire. And 218 responded back. After that, this data analyzes by computer program. The study found that. Characteristic The first Require positive attitudes, Honesty and confidential the organization. and patience to work. The second is the personality of the graduate. which are is responsible and have good interpersonal relations at work and proper dress. The academic knowledge of graduates. is the final priority. That required Practices of skill, knowledge and application of theory. The specific has direct professional knowledge. Focus on honest, Confidentiality and liability. Approach the development for social programs to meet the demand for future workplace. Found that, the majority demands has skills and operations that can be practical. Particularly use Computer. Accounting. the thinking of analysis. Planning and decision making under different situations and need to work with colleagues and a good Teamwork. |
