บทคัดย่อโครงการ การพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยใบยางพาราสำหรับตกแต่งภายในอาคาร พิษณุ อนุชาญ1 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของใบยางพารา ที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตด้วยวิธีต่างๆ (2) เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากใบยางพาราในรูปแบบต่างๆ โดยมุ่งเน้นทางด้านการนำไปใช้ในการตกแต่งภายในอาคาร ขั้นตอนการศึกษาข้อมูล เอกสาร ตำราและงานวิจัย การสำรวจข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัตถุดิบ การแปรรูปใบยางพารา มี 4 วิธี คือ (1) นำใบยางพาราที่ได้จากการปั่นละเอียด (2) การต้มใบยางพาราด้วยโซดาไฟ น้ำ 5 ลิตร ต่อ โซดาไฟ 500 กรัม ใช้เวลาต้ม 3 ชั่วโมง ใช้อุณหภูมิในการต้มคงที่ 100 องศาเซลเซียส (3) ใบยางพาราที่ผ่านการขูดเนื้อเยื่อออก นำมาแช่ในน้ำผสมไฮเตอร์ (4) นำใบยางพาราที่ผ่านการขูดเนื้อเยื่อออก นำมาแช่ในน้ำผสมสีย้อมผ้า การทดลองขึ้นรูปวัสดุ มี 3 รูปแบบ คือ (1) แผ่นใบยางพาราปั่น ซ้อนกับแผ่นโครงใบยางพาราย้อมสี (2) แผ่นโครงใบยางพาราซ้อนทับกับวัสดุอื่น (เส้นไม้ไผ่หนา 0.80 ซม.) (3) แผ่นโครงใบยางพาราซ้อนทับกับวัสดุอื่น (กระดาษสา) ซึ่งทั้ง 3 รูปแบบติดตั้งระบบไฟ เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบชิ้นงานให้มีความต่างไปจากรูปแบบเดิม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ใบยางพารามีคุณสมบัติเหนียว คงทน ไม่ขาดง่าย มีความยืดหยุ่นคลายตัวคืนรูปได้ง่าย 2) ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาเป็นแนวทางการออกแบบพัฒนาเป็นผนังกั้นห้อง โดยนำเสนอผ่านชิ้นงาน (Prototype) ทั้ง 3 รูปแบบ เน้นด้านความสวยงามจากความงามของตัววัสดุเอง เช่น รูปร่าง รูปทรง ด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอยเน้นการผลิตได้ง่าย ไม่ซับซ้อน ปรับแก้ไขซ่อมแซมได้ง่าย และสามารถปรับรูปแบบได้อิสระ และด้านการออกแบบชิ้นงานแสดงถึงความเป็นใบยางพารา ทั้งในเรื่องคุณลักษณะ คุณสมบัติของใบยางพารา เน้นสร้างความแปลกใหม่ การผสมผสานของวัสดุกับวัสดุอื่นๆ ที่ช่วยเกื้อหนุนให้ใบยางพารามีความโดดเด่น ซึ่งทั้ง 3 รูปแบบติดตั้งระบบไฟ เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบชิ้นงานให้มีความต่างไปจากรูปแบบเดิม คำสำคัญ : ใบยางพารา, วัสดุตกแต่งอาคาร 1 สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมและผังเมือง คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEAVES PRODUCTS FOR DECORATION INTERIOR DESIGN Phitsanu Anucharn1 Abstract The purposes of this research were (1) to study the properties of rubber leaves which is suitable for the development of production processes in various ways; (2) To develop products from rubber leaves in various ways by focusing on the use in interior decoration. Procedures and process of studying information, documents, textbook and research of surveying information about raw materials; There are 4 methods of processing the rubber leaves: (1) bringing the rubber leaves obtained from spinning (2) boiled in caustic soda with water, 5 liters of water per 500 g of caustic soda, boiled for 3 hours, temperature is fixed at 100 ° C. (3) Rubber leaves that have been scrapped off the tissue Then be soaked in water mixed with the hygiene (4) Remove the rubber leaves that have been scraped off the tissue. Then soaked in water mixed with fabric dye. There are 3 types of material forming experiments: (1)Spinning rubber sheet stacked with colored rubber sheet (2) Rubber leaf frame overlapped with other materials (Bamboo line thickness 0.80 cm) (3) Rubber leaf frame overlapped with other materials (mulberry paper) Which all 3 types of lighting systems are installed, In order to change the work piece to be different from the original. The results showed that 1) Rubber leaves have tough, durable, easy to break, flexible, easy to recover. Rubber leaves have the following properties: tough, durable, not easily broken, flexible, easy to release and recover 2) The researcher used the information obtained as a design guideline to develop into a partition wall. By presenting through the work piece (Prototype), all 3 forms focusing on the beauty from the beauty of the material itself such as figure, shape. Functional benefits focus on production easily, not complicated, easy to modify and repair And can adjust the format independently. And the design of the work piece, represents the rubber leaves both in feature and properties of rubber leaves by focusing on creating novelty. The combination of the materials and other materials which helping to support the rubber leaves to be outstanding, Which all 3 types of lighting systems are installed, in the order to change the work piece to be different from the original.
