บทคัดย่อโครงการ The aim of this research was to determine 1) to study the management of community tourism components of community participation of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, 2) to study the management of community participation in ecotourism management of the community of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat and 3) To study the relationship between personal characteristics and community participation in ecotourism management of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. Questionnaires were distributed to 90 people who live in Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. This research was carried out by descriptive research methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and multiple regression analysis. The research result revealed as follows: 1. The research found that the majority of respondents were male which 53.3 percent, aged between 20 and 40 years old which 35.6 percent, graduated from primary school which 57.8 percent, married status which 67.8 percent and most of them lived in the community for more than 10 years which 81.1. 2. The results of the analysis of community tourism component management in participatory community of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat found that there has a level of opinions on the components of community tourism management of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong ง 1 and 2 Department of Management, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat. 3 Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, in overall, show at a moderate level ( X =3.15). Considered in each aspect found in term of Accessing tourist destinations show at the highest level ( X = 4.59) followed by Ancillary show at high level ( X = 4.06), Activity show at moderate level ( X = 2.76), Readiness and understanding of the community was at a low level ( X = 2.24) and Attractions and Accommodation was at a low level ( X = 2.12). In addition, a test of tourism components and community participation showed that tourism components could influence community participation by up to 15.2% (R2 = 0.152), but when considering all 5 aspects of tourism components. The analysis found that In terms of access to tourist attractions was .036 and readiness, knowledge and understand on community was .000. Therefore, the activities in both aspects have an effect on the participation of the community (P < .05) and when considering the Beta value found that the readiness, knowledge and understand on community understanding show as the most level, followed by access to tourist attractions with Beta was -.275 and .585. 3. Comparison of public participation in the community in the ecotourism of Ban Wang Sai Community, Tham Yai, Thungsong district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, found that people with gender, age, status, education level and the length of stay is different Participation of people in the community in ecotourism management not different with statistical significance of (P > .05) Keywords : elements of tourism, the participation of communities, ecotourism
