| บทคัดย่อโครงการ | การจัดการระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ สำหรับการพัฒนาเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนเชิงอาหารอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา ตำบลท่าข้าม จังหวัดสงขลา สุรวัช หมู่เก็ม บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ เป็นการลงพื้นที่สำรวจ เก็บบันทึกตำแหน่งและข้อมูลของกลุ่มอาชีพ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านอาหาร รวมถึงลักษณะการตั้งถิ่นฐานของชุมชม อาคารบ้านเรือน อาหารการกิน ซึ่งเป็นอัตลักษณ์และรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อวิถีชีวิต และศักยภาพของพื้นที่ชุมชนตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ การนำข้อมูลที่ได้เข้าสู่ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographic Information System: GIS) เพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนด้านอาหาร ในรูปแบบดิจิทัลออนไลน์ สามารถนำไปต่อยอดการใช้งานเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนในอนาคต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตำบลท่าข้ามความอุดมสมบูรณ์ทั้งทางด้านทรัพยากรธรรมและต้นทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ทำให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาที่หลากหลาย ที่ควร มีการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงในด้านเศรษฐกิจในพื้นที่ มีการตั้งกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า OTOP ในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น กลุ่มผลิตมันทอดบ้านเขากลอย กลุ่มบ้านทำขนมปั้นสิบ กลุ่มขนมถั่วทอดกลุ่มเครื่องแกงสมุนไพร กลุ่มเพาะปลูกเห็ดแครง และกลุ่มเลี้ยงผึ้งญวน (ผึ้งโพรงไทย) เป็นต้น ที่สามารถสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชนตำบลท่าข้ามได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง การที่ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของตำบลท่าข้ามนั้น อยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองหาดใหญ่ อีกทั้งการคมนาคมที่สะดวก ทำให้มีการพัฒนาแหล่งสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเพื่อดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวให้เข้ามายังภายในชุมชน เช่น ร้านสถานีท่าข้าม เป็นต้น ดังนั้นการสร้างฐานข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชุมชนในรูปแบบดิจิทัล ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ในรูปแบบ online platform จึงเป็นแนวทางที่ควรส่งเสริมให้หน่วยงานปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในพื้นที่ร่วมมือกันจัดทำ โดยใช้โปรแกรม หรือ online platform ที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย มีความสะดวกในการใช้งาน และไม่ซับซ้อนจนเกินไป เช่น Google Maps เป็นต้น ซึ่งเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์การระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส Covid-19 และแนวทางการท่องเที่ยวรูปแบบใหม่ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นฐานข้อมูล และแผนที่เส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนเชิงอาหารอย่างยั่งยืนที่ยั่งยืนอย่างแท้จริงสืบต่อไป คำสำคัญ: แหล่งอาหาร ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ เส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนเชิงอาหาร อาจารย์ สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมและผังเมือง คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย อ.เมือง จ.สงขลา Geographic Information System Management For the development of sustainable food tourism community routes : A Case study of Thakham district, Songkhla Surawat Moogem Abstract This research is an area survey Keep records of the location and information of occupational groups, products, food, and settlement characteristics of the community.
