| บทคัดย่อโครงการ | บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 ประจำปี การศึกษา 2562 มี 5 สูตรสาขาวิชา คือ การโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว ธุรกิจคหกรรมศาสตร์ อาหารและโภชนาการและ ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล จำนวน 370 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 191 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการแจกแจงความถี่แบบสองทางหรือการ แจกแจงแบบตารางไขว้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะศิลปศาสตร์ทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก ซึ่งนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่คิดเห็นว่าปัจจัยด้านอาจารย์จะส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการเรียนมากที่สุด โดยอาจารย์ต้องเปิดโอกาสให้ นักศึกษาได้แสดงความคิดเห็น และรองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยด้านส่วนตัว นักศึกษาคิดเห็นว่าความพร้อมของสุขภาพด้านร่างกาย จิตใจของนักศึกษา และการส่งงานครบตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการเรียนมากที่สุด และปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว นักศึกษาคิดเห็นว่า การที่ครอบครัวอนุญาตให้นักศึกษาตัดสินใจในเรื่องการเรียนของนักศึกษาเองส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการเรียน มากที่สุด และปัจจัยด้านสถานศึกษา นักศึกษาคิดเห็นว่า ความเชื่อมั่นในหลักสูตรที่สำเร็จการศึกษาเป็นที่ต้องการของ ตลาดแรงงาน ชื่อเสียงของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัยมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนของนักศึกษาส่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อการเรียน มากที่สุด คำสำคัญ: ปัจจัย ผลสัมฤทธิ์ การเรียน Abstract The purpose of this research was to study and compare the factors that affect to the achievement of student in liberal arts. Population was bachelor’s degree of liberal arts student level 4 in 2019 academic year in 5 majors as hospitality, tourism, home economics business, food and nutrition and english for international communication totally 390 people, The samples used in this research were 191 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire which was statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and two-way frequency distribution, or crosstab distribution. The results showed that Factors that Affect to the Achievement of Student in Liberal Arts in all 4 aspects. Overall, it's at a high level. Most of the students were of the opinion that the teacher factor would have the most effect on learning achievement. In the matter that the teacher gives students the opportunity to express their opinions. and the second is the personal factor, the students were of the opinion that readiness for physical health the minds of students and the submission of assignments within the specified 255 period of time had the greatest effect on learning achievement. Family factors, the students were of the opinion that the parents allow the students to make their own decisions about their studies had the greatest effect on learning achievement and educational institutions factors, the students thought confidence in the course Graduates are in demand in the labor market and the reputation of the faculty. and the university affects the student's choice of study.
