บทคัดย่อโครงการ การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวการพัฒนาเส้นทาง การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม บนพื้นฐานการมีส่วนร่วมกรณีศึกษา ตำบลคลองแห อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา นนทรส ภัคมาน คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย 90000 บทคัดย่อ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางท่องเที่ยวและกำหนดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิง วัฒนธรรมในชุมชน ตำบลคลองแห อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา (2) จัดทำฐานข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่กลุ ่ม อาชีพ ผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ตำบลคลองแห อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา และ (3) จัดทำสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ สารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์มีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานวิจัยทบทวนวรรณกรรม และทวนสอบข้อมูลโดย การสำรวจข้อมูลในการลงพื้นที่จริง และนำมาซ้อนทับกับข้อมูลที่ได้จาการสำรวจพื้นที่ศึกษา โดย จัดทำฐานข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม โดยใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Epicollect5 Application เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพิกัด ภาพถ่าย รวมถึงข้อมูลที่สำคัญ ๆและนำข้อมูลที่ได้เก็บรวบรวมมาทำเป็น ฐานข้อมูล Online และนำข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลเข้ามายัง ArcGIS Version 10.4 เพื่อนำเข้ามาร่วม วิเคราะห์และแสดงผลลัพท์เชิงแผนที่ นำข้อมูลแผนที่ภูมิประเทศตำบลคลองแหทั้ง 40 ชุมชน ออกมา ซ้อนทับกับชั้นข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ จัดเก็บอยู ่ในฐานข้อมูลภูมิศาสตร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสารสนเทศทาง ภูมิศาสตร์ประกอบกับข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากประชาชนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 100 ราย เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน และสัมภาษณ์หน่วยงานรัฐ ประธานชุมชน โดยประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการผ่านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม จัดทำต้นแบบแผนที่เส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเชิง วัฒนธรรมและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ตำบลคลองแห อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยผลิตออกมาเป็น ผังแผนที่ต้นแบบ ผลการดำเนินงานวิจัยดังกล่าวพบว่า ประชาชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และประธานชุมชน ในพื้นที่ให้ความร่วมมือและยินดีที่มีเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวและต้องการให้ชุมชนที่ตนอาศัยนั้นอยู ่ใน เส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวต้องการให้นักท่องเที่ยวเข้ามาเรียนรู ้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อเสริมรายได้ให้กับ ชุมชน ควรเน้น 3 จุดหลักๆคือสำนักงานเทศบาลเมืองคลองแห วัดคลองแห และตลาดน้ำคลองแห ให้ เชื่อมโยงเส้นทางไปยังสถานที่สำคัญ ๆในชุมชน ส่งผลให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้เห็นภาพได้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น คำสำคัญ : ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์, เส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม, การมีส่วนร่วม The application of geographic information systems (GIS) in development of cultural tourism routes base on participation : A case study of Khlong Hae Sub-district, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province Nontaros Parkkaman Faculty of Architecture, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya 90000 Abstract This article had the objective to (1) study tourism guideline and specify cultural tourism route in the community of Khlong Hae Sub-district, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province (2) make area database of occupational group, community product on local intelligence of Khlong Hae Sub-district, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province and (3) make local intelligence information and cultural tourism route by applying geographic information system. The research methodology was by literature review and data review by surveying the data by going into the actual site and then overlay it with the data from surveying studied area by making database from collecting field data by using Epicollect5 Application to gather data of coordinates, pictures and various important data. The data acquired and collected were used as Online database and then the database were input into ArcGIS Version 10.4 in order to join in analyzing and showing map result and overlay the geographic data of Khlong Hae sub-district in the 40 communities in the form of symbol, point, important places with the area data. The data were kept in geographic database by using geographic information software and the data from questionnaires of the people in the area in the number of 100 people concerning participation of people in specifying the route of cultural tourism in the community and then interview government sector, community chairman by operating meeting through participation process to make the prototype of cultural tourism route and public relation media of Khlong Hae Sub-district, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province by producing into a map and area plan. The above research result was found that people, government agencies and community chairman in the area provided cooperation and glad to have tourism route and needed the community that they lived in to be in the tourism route and wanted tourists to come and learn local intelligence to increase income to the community. The route map should focus on 3 important points including the office of Khlong Hae municipality, Khlong Hae temple ข and Khlong Hae floating market and collecting to important places in the community enabling tourists to see clearer pictures.
